Tropical Smoothie

Tropical Smoothie | Kathy's Kitchen Table

Breakfast is a hard meal to make, for me at least. Often, I am not hungry when I first wake up or I am not quite awake yet to actually cook something. But, making smoothies is super easy! It doesn’t take much thought of effort to make a smoothie. You can even put everything for your smoothie in your blender jar the night before and store it in your refrigerator until morning. You can add ice in the morning if you need a thicker texture. I have smoothies a lot of mornings. My kids are even coming around to enjoying them. But, only the purple one, as they call it.

This Tropical Smoothie makes me feel like I am at the beach. It is loaded with fruit, such as pineapple, banana and mango and the carrots give this smoothie its bright orange hue while adding some sweetness to the smoothie. And no, it doesn’t taste like carrots at all. Do you need to feel like your at the beach first thing in the morning? What are you waiting for?! This Tropical Smoothie is healthy, refreshing and so flavorful!
